The BP-2000 Blood Pressure Analysis System is available in multiple models for mice and rats, which differ by the number of animals that can be measured simultaneously. In particular, the following instruments are available:

Combined mouse and rat systems consist of the Control Unit and two platforms, one for mice and one for rats, as well as the optional computer.

• Four Different Sizes of Mouse Holders let you work with mice ranging from very small to obese.
• Six Different Sizes of Rat Holders allow you work with rats ranging from very small to as large as one kilogram or larger.
• Easy Breathing. All holders have a gate near the animal's nose that keeps the animal from escaping, yet allows allows for easy breathing and air circulation.
• Open Bottom for Easily Placing Over Animals. Because the holders are designed with an open bottom, it is easy to place the holder over the mouse or rat from above; there is no need to try to force the animal to go into a tube, significantly reducing animal stress.
• Opaque Holders for Reduced Stress. Our experience indicates that mice and rats prefer opaque holders that keep out the light, rather than transparent holders. Thus our holders are made of black, easy-to-clean aluminum.

• The BP-2000 optionally includes a notebook computer, with the analysis software pre-installed and configured.
• If you provide your own computer, it is easy to download and install the BP-2000 Analysis Software. If you have questions or problems, we will answer your questions, and even guide you through every step by phone.
• Software updates are always FREE, so you can be assured that you are getting the best data analysis available.
